Skills / Requirements

The Application Administrator is responsible working with multiple product teams to upgrade, maintain and support application environments.  The Application Administrator will perform system management functions critical in daily operations of health plan applications.   The role requires ability to analyze, diagnose and resolve application relate problems.  


  • Associate Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Two  years of software administration

Preferred Skills:

  • 2 years experience with SharePoint Online administration/support
  • 1 year experience with Power Apps and/or Power Automate
  • Experience with Azure DevOps configuration preferred
  • Knowledge with ShareGate or similar tool


  • Writing /Composing Yes  (Correspondence)
  • Analytical
  •  Perform troubleshooting and recommend appropriate action
  • Knowledge of High Availability Designs
  •  Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, troubleshooting application issues
  • Written and verbal communication
  • Microsoft Office suite, with strengths in Excel, Word, and Visio
