Job Profile

The Communication Coordinator II will be required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload; recommends changes in office practices or procedures. Responsible for providing administrative support to the Health Program and Health Service Directors including, but not limited to maintaining appointment calendars, answering telephones, preparing correspondence, filing and other clerical functions. This position is exposed to highly confidential and sensitive information and deals with a diverse group of internal and external contacts at all levels of the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma. Some college preferred.
  • Five years experience in general clerical duties

OHTER SKILLS:

  • Writing /Composing (Correspondence/Reports)
  • Analytical, Medical Terms, Research, Statistical,
  • MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access
  • Excellent organization, coordination, and multi-tasking skills and abilities.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and deadlines
