Skills / Requirements

Life Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department scheduling, staffing, training, accurate and timely reports, QI activities, budgets, audits, policies and procedures. The Life Services Manager will have knowledge of low income populations and will be responsible for developing strong working relationships with community based organizations that serve this population.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Master degree in Social Work, Public Health or Social Services required.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in community development, social services or working with low -income populations.

Minimum 1 year management experience.

Work Schedule: Flexible Overtime Travel

Other Requirements: Travel is primarily within Harris, Jefferson and Fort Bend Counties. Knowledge of Federal Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and community based organizations, prefer working with low income populations.
