JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for developing the vision, strategy, and leadership for the Talent Attraction team, dedicated to attracting and hiring the best talent for Community Health Choice (Community). Lead, develop and drive short- and long-term recruitment strategies, process-oriented and utilizes best practices to manage the full life cycle recruitment process. Oversee and manage the executive recruitment function. Provide timely and appropriate coaching and feedback and is a role model to team members. Create a work environment that fosters respect, positive morale, and high employee engagement. Consistently maintain a level of communication and execution aligned with the core values and mission of the market

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: Bachelors degree preferably in Human Resources or Business or equivalent experience required
  • Work Experience (Years and Area): 7 years of recruiting experience in a complex global recruiting environment or recruitment search firm; strong preference for experience recruiting in multiple countries
  • Management Experience (Years and Area): Experience in managing, coaching and developing teams required
  • Software Operated: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Significant experience influencing leaders across various disciplines, functions and geographies
  • Strong analytical capability, with the ability to create, measure, and scale analytics to drive decisions and performance
  • Experience in implementation of recruitment initiatives, tools, and processes
  • Ability to apply business acumen and drive operational excellence while anticipating and adapting to changing needs of the business
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, required

TYPICAL DUTIES THAT MAY BE PERFORMED:

  • Manage and develop the Talent Acquisition Team responsible for end-to-end recruiting and consultation across to include research, building robust pipelines for critical skills, sourcing, candidate assessment, interviews and offer management.
  • Provide leadership to redefine the way Community attracts talent; creating an engaging, productive recruitment team that inspires innovation and thrives on continuous learning
  • Drive performance and behaviors with team and business leaders to achieve positive outcomes and business KPIs; partner with internal teams (local and global) on identifying and executing operational efficiencies.
  • Develop a recruitment dashboard that captures all associates key performance indicators and other related measures for success.
  • Ensure recruitment priorities are aligned with talent management practices to leverage both internal and external talent channels; resulting in an excellent hiring manager and candidate experience.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand business objectives in order to provide external insights on the talent market (i.e. demographic trends, employment projections) and to develop an integrated and holistic hiring strategy.
  • Collaborate with HR partners and business leadership on the workforce demand to meet overall business targets, as well as communication of strategy, initiatives and performance metrics.
  • Identify, develop, and implement innovative sourcing strategies for key roles that result in quality talent communities to meet workforce needs now and in the future; focus on building a proactive and nimble recruitment operational model.
  • Partner with HR peers to ensure consistent standards are built and adhered to standard recruitment practices; leverage external recruitment and talent trends to drive innovative practices that best support the business.
  • Support Community¿s diversity initiatives and objectives by attracting talent through strategic sourcing channels to ensure Community continues to be a top destination for diverse talent.
  • Utilize data analytics to drive talent acquisition performance, recommendations and decisions for both the business and the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal / state laws and local legislation.
  • Actively contributes to achievement of departmental goals, as identified in Department¿s annual business plan, including specific departmental process improvement plans.
