JOB SUMMARY
The Product Marketing Manager is the in-house Product Marketing expert. This role sets best
practices in communications to guide the delivery of marketing materials to all of Community
Health Choices Line of Businesses. The Product Marketing Manager will establish clear expectations for project flow, accountability and prioritization and regulatory compliance, while also maintaining a culture of collaboration.
The Product Marketing Manager will embrace the teams consultative, service-driven relationship with members, providers, brokers, and other Growth departments both internal and external. The Product Marketing Manager requires experience in negotiating diplomatic solutions that meets the needs of all customers while maintaining a strategic footing.
The Product Marketing Manager will lead highly complex and cross-divisional working initiatives, promotional plans for Health Insurance Marketplace, and lead the team that handles all other products. This role will advance business goals by developing and executing robust strategies and tactics. The Product Marketing Manager demonstrates strong ideation and execution, along with a proven ability to communicate our brand through on and offline interactions and effectively connect our brand to customers.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Identify long and short-term goals, objectives, tactics, and KPIs that support outlined
strategy, and drive improvement by collecting and analyzing data and offering consistent reporting and insights based on campaign performance to achieve and support business goal.
Offer strategic communication direction, concept, and implement integrated product marketing campaigns that may include direct mail, web, SEO, SEM, social media,
email, and mobile, while executing projects within agreed-upon timing.
Lead highly complex and cross-divisional working initiatives, communication strategies, and
promotional plans for Community Health Choice service lines.
Collaborative project management with Sales, Product, and Outreach Team and development: Manage cross-functional communication projects in a fast- paced environment with competing deadlines including research, scope development, creative briefs, and job execution.
Manages the day-to-day activities of the marketing specialist and strategist while establishing clear expectations for project flow, accountability, prioritization, and regulatory compliance. Responsible for maintaining a culture of creativity and collaboration.
Actively contributes to achievement of departmental goals, as identified in Department's annual business plan, including specific departmental process improvement plans, and other duties as assigned.

Employees Supervised Titles: Sr. Communications Specialist & Marketing Communications Strategist
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, or communications required.
Work Experience (Years and Area): 6 years experience in marketing healthcare insurance required.
Management Experience (Years and Area): 3+ years managing a healthcare insurance product.
Software Proficiencies: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Adobe Creative Suite,
