JOB SUMMARY

The Sr. Talent Attraction (TA) Coordinator is an integral partner in supporting the recruiting initiatives for the Talent Attraction department, encompassing all tasks associated with the full recruitment lifecycle; to include sourcing/screening, scheduling, and talent attraction activities. This role requires the ability to foster relationships and self-motivation and ultimately assists in keeping Community Health Choice hiring process and practice smooth to ensure we recruit and retain high-performing employees.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS 

  • Supports the recruiting initiatives for the Talent Acquisition team encompassing all task associated with the recruitment full lifecycle. Performs assist with basic candidate screening, organizes candidates data (e.g., resumes, assignments and contact details) in internal databases while coordinating interviews and required confirmations to hiring managers and candidates.
  • Maintains recruitment dashboards and platforms. Prepare reports on new hire metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire) while organizing our employee referral process and program, including asking for referrals.
  • Managing the talent attraction inbox serve as a centralized communication hub for all incoming inquiries, applications, and candidate communications. Additional duties will consist of managing the Director of Talent Attractions calendar.
  • Managing career fair activities is a time-consuming but essential task in attracting top talent to the organization. The Senior Talent Attraction Coordinator can oversee all aspects of career fair planning, logistics, and execution, ensuring that the organization has a strong presence at these events and effectively engages with potential candidates.
  • Actively contributes to achievement of departmental goals, as identified in Departments annual business plan, including specific departmental process improvement plans and other duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • BS degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or relevant field preferred.
  • Work Experience (Years and Area): Four (4) years experience in a Talent Acquisition role coordinating the New Hire Onboarding Process
  • Software Proficiencies: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, Zoom, MS Teams)

Other:

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases, PeopleSoft a plus.
  • Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Excellent organization, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Must be able to work at a fast pace while maintaining accuracy.
