JOB SUMMARY
The Talent Attraction Partner I is an entry level recruiting position responsible for filling positions primarily in the Call Center areas and others such as Staff Assistant. This TAP I will screen and present qualified candidates to hiring managers to include requisition management, job posting content, sourcing, screening/interviewing, candidate offer/closing, and onboarding for all entry level positions. Based on recruitment volume, may assist Talent Attraction Partner II.
The TAP I will also function as a back-up to the Talent Attraction Coordinator.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS AND CORE COMPETENCIES
Collaborates with hiring managers as appropriate to develop and implement a plan to fill posted vacancies with qualified candidates.
Manage the request for Contractors with outside Vendors and Hiring Managers
Facilitates Contractor/Intern orientation virtual platform.
Monitors the pre-employment process to ensure successful completion of all requirements prior to new hire start date.
Sources, screens/interviews and refers a consistent flow of qualified candidates in a timely and efficient manner.
Identify and implement sourcing strategies based on position being filled.
Develops and maintains a pool of qualified applicants.
Build strong relationships with hiring team to effectively manage the recruiting process.
Maintain recruitment documentation and data on open positions, candidate pipeline, pending candidates, and offers extended.
Ensures that potential candidates meet the minimum requirements as outlined in the job description and ensures compliance with applicable organizational guidelines and policies surrounding the internal recruitment process.
Actively contributes to achievement of departmental goals, as identified in Department¿s annual business plan, including specific departmental process improvement plans.
Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: Bachelor's degree, or four years of professional work experience in recruitment in lieu of a degree required.
HR related certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP or AIRS) preferred.
Work Experience (Years and Area): Three years¿ recruiting experience; preferably in a healthcare environment.
Management Experience (Years and Area): n/a
Software Proficiencies: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Zoom, MS Teams)
Other:
Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.
High degree of independent decision making and problem-solving capability.
Strong computer skills including previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System, internet and social media.
Strong negotiation skills and customer focused.
